Bookings are paid via the Pay Safely portal at ariatrips.in/pay, which routes through Razorpay. UPI, cards (including EMI on most issuers), net-banking and wallets are accepted. International packages can be split into a confirmation deposit plus balance on issuance.

Yes — Schengen, UK, US, UAE, Australia, Canada, Japan and other long-haul destinations. We prepare the complete documentation package (forms, supporting letters, itinerary, insurance, financials) and walk you through the appointment / VFS step.

We follow the airline / hotel cancellation grids transparently. Most package bookings allow date changes against fare difference; refundable rates and travel insurance handle the rest. Your consultant tells you the change cost in rupees before any change is made — no surprises on the invoice.

Often yes on packages and international bookings — we have access to consolidator and corporate fares that don’t show on public OTAs. On a few simple domestic round-trips a public OTA may be marginally cheaper; we’ll tell you when that’s the case rather than mark it up.
